Non-Refundable Registration
All program registrations and ticket purchases for MySuhba programs are non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed, we begin allocating resources, reserving spaces, and preparing materials for your participation.
Why are payments non-refundable?
Our programs involve significant upfront planning including venue bookings, material preparation, instructor coordination, and administrative arrangements. These commitments are made immediately upon your registration to ensure a quality experience.
⚠️ Program Cancellation by MySuhba
Our Responsibility
In the rare event that MySuhba must cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:
- Full Refund: 100% refund of your registration fee processed within 14 business days
- Program Credit: Full credit plus 10% bonus for future MySuhba programs
Force Majeure: MySuhba is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic-related closures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit options.
