Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any program or service at any time
• Limit participation in programs based on capacity constraints
• Update program content, speakers, or schedules as needed
• Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason

👤 Registration & User Accounts

Registration Requirements

To register for MySuhba programs, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full name as per passport or IC
• Valid email address and contact number
• Identification details (Passport or IC number)
• Country of residence and citizenship
• Age and gender information

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• All activities that occur under your account

Group Registrations

When registering on behalf of others (group bookings), you confirm that:

• You have obtained consent from all participants
• All participant information provided is accurate
• You are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf
• You will communicate program details and updates to all participants

💳 Payment Terms & Fees

Pricing & Payment

All program fees are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Prices include:

• Program materials and resources
• Meals and refreshments (where specified)
• Venue access and facilities
• Administrative costs

Payment Methods

We accept payment through the following methods:

• Online Banking (FPX): Bank transfers via FPX gateway
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro
• E-Wallets: Selected e-wallet services

Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by our secure payment partner, CHIP. By making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions. We do not store your complete payment card details.

Payment Confirmation

Your registration is confirmed only upon successful payment. You will receive:

• Immediate payment confirmation via email
• Registration details and order number
• Program information and next steps

Expected Conduct

When participating in MySuhba programs, you agree to:

• Follow venue rules and safety guidelines
• Arrive punctually and prepared for sessions

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or Discrimination: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or any other characteristic
• Disruption: Disrupting programs, speakers, or other participants
• Unauthorized Recording: Recording, photographing, or live-streaming sessions without explicit permission
• Commercial Activities: Unauthorized solicitation, marketing, or business promotion
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating others or providing false information
• Illegal Activities: Any activities that violate Malaysian law or international law

Content Sharing & Social Media

If you share content about MySuhba programs on social media or other platforms:

• Ensure content is respectful and accurate
• Do not share personal information of other participants without consent
• Respect intellectual property rights of speakers and MySuhba
• Use official hashtags and tag @MySuhba when appropriate

All content provided through MySuhba programs and services, including but not limited to:

• Program materials, handouts, and resources
• Presentations, slides, and visual materials
• Recordings, videos, and audio content
• Website content, design, and branding
• Logo, name, and trademarks

...are the exclusive property of MySuhba, our speakers, or licensed third parties and are protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access program materials for personal, non-commercial use
• Download handouts and resources for personal reference
• Share our content with proper attribution where explicitly permitted

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell program materials without permission
• Create derivative works based on our content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, MySuhba and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage arising from program participation
• Actions or omissions of third-party speakers, vendors, or venues

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program in question.

Venue & Travel

MySuhba is not responsible for:

• Travel arrangements, delays, or cancellations
• Accommodation issues or concerns
• Personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged
• Venue-related incidents or accidents

Force Majeure

MySuhba is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
• Government restrictions or regulations
• Terrorism, war, or civil unrest
• Venue closures or unavailability
• Speaker illness or inability to attend

🚫 Termination & Suspension

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your registration subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy for specific terms and deadlines.

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services and programs immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Violation of our Code of Conduct
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harassment of participants or staff
• Non-payment of fees
• Behavior that threatens the safety or wellbeing of others

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to participate in programs immediately ceases
• You must return all program materials in your possession
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees or charges
• We may pursue legal action for any damages incurred

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

📋 General Provisions

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
3. The courts of Malaysia, if mediation is unsuccessful

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MySuhba regarding our services.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
